That's why Subaru and our retailers partner with the Arbor Day Foundation (TM) to provide and distribute 100,000 regionally appropriate trees across the country. We're proud to establish the largest corporate tree distribution ever. Through this and other Subaru Loves the Earth initiatives, Subaru and our retailers have helped distribute and plant over 1.1 million trees.

Subaru believes we should all have a chance to lead a healthy life. That's why for the past 10 years, Subaru and its retailers like us have partnered with Blood Cancer United® and our local hospital or cancer treatment center to give warm blankets and encouraging messages of hope, written by our staff and customers to support patients facing cancer. Through our efforts during this decade-long partnership, we've supported nearly 500,000 cancer patients nationwide. Together, we are proud to be Blood Cancer United's largest automotive donor.
Subaru and its retailers, like us, are continuing our support of education and high-needs schools in our communities through Subaru Loves Learning(R) by providing teachers across the country with funding to purchase the school supplies and resources they know are needed to help students thrive in the classroom.

That's why retailers like us partner with our local animal welfare organization every October to provide direct financial assistance through a grant distributed by the ASPCA® and host pet events to help animals find loving homes. Through our partnership with local and national organizations, Subaru has donated over $70 million, supporting the rescue, adoption, and health of over 700,000 animals. We're proud to be the largest corporate donor to the ASPCA.

That's why for every new vehicle sold or leased during the Subaru Share the Love event, Subaru and its retailers, like us, makes a donation to national charities that our owners care about and to over 2,700 local charities where Subaru owners live and work.

Bergstrom Subaru - Green Bay Supports Local Blood Cancer Patients - Brenda K.
June 23 was a great day as leukemia survivor Amira and her mom, Brianna, joined the Bergstrom Subaru – Green Bay team to make a special delivery of comfort for local blood cancer patients. Subaru retailers across the country have been partnering with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) for the past ten years to bless patients with soft, warm blankets, comforting patient care kits, and kind notes of support. The staff of Aurora BayCare Medical Center – Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic graciously accepted the gift on behalf of their patients “who always appreciate the blankets”, according to Aubrey Amraen, Oncology Social Worker at the clinic. Aubrey also shared that it was extra special to meet Amira and Brianna at this year’s delivery. As a cancer survivor, the doctor appointments continue for years to come, and Amira was headed to a routine follow-up right after the blanket delivery. LLS’s mission to cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life of patients and their families is critical to ensuring that all patients receive the best treatment with the least long-term side effects. LLS Upper Plains Executive Director, Kortney Hamm, shares, “Our partnership with Subaru continues to provide hope, community, comfort, and support to cancer patients in our communities. We couldn’t be more grateful for the continued engagement from our local hospital partnerships and the Subaru teams in showing how we can rally for patients that we serve.”

Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Bergstrom Subaru - Green Bay is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Bergstrom Subaru - Green Bay have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 02/08/2025, Bergstrom Subaru - Green Bay donated 408 shoes/socks to New Community Shelter, Inc.. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

At the Wisconsin Humane Society, our mission is to help animals and the people who love them. We strive to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness. This mission is made possible through the compassion and generosity of partners like Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay. This year, through the Subaru Share the Love® Event, we were honored to be selected as one of the hometown charities, and the impact has been nothing short of incredible. We truly could not continue our important work without them! Thanks to every guest who purchased or leased a new Subaru and chose us as their charity of choice, we received an amazing $21,000 donation to support our work in saving animals and assisting the people who love them when they need us most. For each vehicle sold or leased during the campaign, Subaru donated $250, and Bergstrom generously added an additional $75. On top of that, they contributed $5 for every routine service visit, making an even greater impact throughout the community. These funds help us provide shelter, medical care, behavior support, and second chances to thousands of animals each year. Every dollar goes toward giving homeless animals a safe place to heal and the opportunity to find a new loving home. We’re deeply grateful to the entire team at Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay for believing in our mission and choosing to make a difference. This year, during the Subaru Share the Love® Event, we were honored to continue that promise by giving back to two organizations that are making a real difference in our community: the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay and the Wisconsin Humane Society. Thanks to the incredible support of our guests and our partnership with Subaru of America, we were able to donate $20,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay and $21,000 to the Wisconsin Humane Society. For every new Subaru sold or leased during the event, Subaru donated $250—and Bergstrom proudly added an extra $75 to make each sale count even more. But it didn’t stop there. We also contributed $5 for every routine service visit to support both charities, because we believe that even the smallest actions can add up to something extraordinary. What made this year especially meaningful was how our guests were directly involved in the giving. After purchasing or leasing a new Subaru, they had the opportunity to choose which organization their donation would support. As team members at Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay, we take pride in being part of something bigger than just selling cars—we’re here to make a difference in people’s lives. Through the Subaru Loves to Help initiative, we had the incredible opportunity to give back to our local community by donating 408 pairs of new shoes and socks to children in need. Partnering with Operation Warm and New Community Shelter, we saw firsthand how something as simple as a new pair of shoes can brighten a child’s day and restore a sense of confidence and hope. One moment that truly stuck with us was meeting six-year-old Emma, who has Down syndrome and loves to run. Her old shoes made that hard, but when we handed her a pink pair—her favorite color—she couldn’t stop smiling and took off running, laughing and full of joy. A Step Toward a Brighter Future Imagine facing harsh Wisconsin winters without proper footwear. For many children experiencing homelessness or financial hardship in our community, this is a reality. That’s why, in partnership with Operation Warm and New Community Shelter, we took action to make a difference. This year, Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay is donating 408 pairs of new shoes and socks to children in need, ensuring they stay warm, dry, and comfortable as they navigate their daily lives. More Than Just a Gift Providing new shoes and socks is about more than just physical comfort, it’s about restoring confidence, dignity, and hope. A new pair of shoes can empower a child, giving them the support they need to walk confidently into school, play with their friends, and embrace the opportunities ahead. For example, six-year-old Emma, who has Down syndrome, loved running but her old shoes made it hard to keep up with her friends. One day, at the Community Meal Program, she received a beautiful pair of pink shoes from Bergstrom Subaru—her favorite color. As soon as she slipped them on, she could feel the difference. With a big smile, Emma took off running, faster than ever before, laughing with joy. Her mom watched, grateful for the shoes that made Emma feel confident and free. Those pink shoes weren’t just special—they made every step feel like a victory. A Community United On-site at New Community Shelter, our team had the honor of personally distributing these essential items, witnessing firsthand the joy and gratitude of the children receiving them. Bergstrom Subaru Supports Pet Adoptions Through Subaru Loves Pets Partnership - Daniel C.
At Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay, we are honored to partner with the ASPCA for the Subaru Loves Pets event throughout October, with the goal of supporting the Wisconsin Humane Society Green Bay Campus. For every dog adopted from the Wisconsin Humane Society, we will donate approximately $156 to match the average cost of preparing an animal for adoption, ensuring each dog has the resources it needs to transition to its new home. Additionally, Subaru will donate $20 to the ASPCA for every purchase of select genuine Subaru Pet-Friendly Accessories made at our dealership. To further show our commitment, we have also donated 150 dog toys to the Wisconsin Humane Society Green Bay Campus, spreading joy and comfort to the animals in their care. Our actions reflect our deep compassion for pets and our desire to create a lasting, positive impact in our local community.
Bergstrom Subaru Green Bay Loves to Care for Blood Cancer Patients - Brenda K.
Longtime volunteers of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), David and Linda DeGroot, were honored to attend a special delivery to Aurora BayCare Medical Center – Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic on June 24th. Staff of Bergstrom Subaru Green Bay, also longtime partners of LLS, arrived at the cancer clinic with several boxes filled with warm fleece blankets for the patients and notes of encouragement from their team and their showroom guests. Many of the clinic staff joined in the blanket presentation and expressed their appreciation of this continued support from their local Subaru retailer. Thank you, Craig Komp, Daniel Croake, and all the Subaru staff who make this partnership possible. Blood cancer patients and their families are encouraged to reach out to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Information Resource Center to get connected to the plethora of resources LLS provides for patients and their families. These Information Specialists assist patients through blood cancer treatment, financial and social challenges, and give accurate up-to-date disease treatment and support information. From November 16th through January 2nd, every vehicle sold or leased at Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay meant $200 going directly to charity. But we didn't stop there. We wanted to ensure our community felt the impact firsthand. That's why we decided to contribute an additional $50 for each vehicle sold or leased, doubling down on our commitment to our hometown. But our support didn't end with just one charity. We were proud to partner with two incredible hometown organizations: the Green Bay Boys and Girls Club and the Green Bay Humane Society. These two organizations represent the heart and soul of our community, and we were honored to stand beside them in their missions. Subaru's generosity didn't stop at vehicle sales either. We at the Green Bay Boys and Girls Club are incredibly thankful for the generosity demonstrated by Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay during the Subaru Share the Love event.
